Liberty Load Rewards FAQ

Yes. A Liberty Load customer account is required to earn points, view your balance and redeem rewards. Always sign in using the same email address connected to your orders.

Joining is free. Sign in or create a customer account, then visit the Liberty Load Rewards page from your account menu.

New eligible customer profiles receive a 50-point signup bonus. A profile created before the rewards program began may not receive the signup bonus retroactively.

Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Make sure you use the email address connected to your Liberty Load account when placing your order.

Purchase points are recorded after the qualifying order is successfully processed by Shopify and the rewards system. A short processing delay may occur before the updated balance appears.

The reward requires an order subtotal of at least $40.

Yes. When a member redeems a reward, the loyalty system generates a Shopify discount code connected to that reward. Enter the code in the discount-code field during checkout.

The order must satisfy the reward’s minimum-order and eligibility requirements.

Reward codes may not be combined with another promotion unless Shopify specifically allows the discounts to work together. If checkout rejects a combination, choose the discount that gives you the best value.

Points are earned on eligible merchandise purchases. Shipping, taxes, gift-card purchases, cancelled orders, refunded items and other excluded charges may not earn points.

Points earned from refunded, returned or cancelled merchandise may be removed from the member’s balance. Any related reward adjustment is handled according to the final order status.

Points currently do not have a scheduled expiration date. Liberty Load may update program terms in the future, with applicable changes communicated through the website.

No. Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can only be used toward eligible Liberty Load purchases under the rewards program rules.

No. The military and first-responder offer is verified separately through GOVX ID. Visit our Military & First Responder Discount page for eligibility and verification.

First, confirm that you are signed in using the same email address used for the qualifying order. Then refresh the Rewards page after the order has finished processing.
