LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

1-Year Fade-Free Guarantee — “Wash it, wear it, it holds. Or we replace it.”
This is the Liberty Load standard. No shortcuts.

Thank you for choosing Liberty Load. We stand behind the quality of every shirt we make. If you experience a fading issue with your purchase, this warranty explains exactly what is covered and how to make a claim.

1. Warranty Coverage

Liberty Load LLC offers a Limited 1-Year Fade-Free Warranty on all Patriot T-shirts purchased directly from libertyload.com.

This warranty covers the base fabric color only — the original dye in the garment fabric itself. It does not cover the printed graphic or design.

We warrant that the base fabric color will not significantly fade under normal wear and proper care for 12 months from the original purchase date.

2. What "Significant Fading" Means

Significant fading means a clear, noticeable loss of base fabric color that substantially affects the shirt's appearance under normal lighting.

The following are NOT covered under this warranty:

• Any fading, cracking, peeling, or discoloration of the printed graphic
• Normal minor color softening after repeated washing
• Fading caused by bleach, chlorine, fabric softener, or hot water above 30°C / 86°F
• Fading from high-heat dryer or prolonged direct sunlight
• Damage from improper care (not washing inside out, use of harsh detergents)
• Physical wear, tears, pilling, stretching, or abrasion
• Shirts purchased on sale, second-hand, or from third-party retailers

3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Claims must be submitted within 12 months of your original purchase date. Follow all steps below — incomplete submissions will not be processed.

You MUST:

• Email support@libertyload.com with subject: "Warranty Claim – Order #[Your Order Number]"
• Attach proof of purchase + clear photos showing the faded base fabric area
• Ship the original garment back to us (you pay return shipping)

We will inspect the shirt within 3–5 business days. Final approval is at Liberty Load’s sole discretion.

4. Remedy

If your claim is approved, we will replace the shirt with the same style and color, subject to availability.

Please note:

• Replacement is the only available remedy — no refunds or store credit under this warranty
• Replacement shipping cost is at Liberty Load’s discretion
• Only one (1) claim is allowed per order / per customer

5. Warranty Limitations

• Valid only for the original purchaser — non-transferable
• Applies only to products purchased directly from libertyload.com
• Covers base fabric color only — printed graphic is excluded
• Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item
• Liberty Load disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental damages, so the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

6. Care Instructions

To keep your warranty valid, please follow these washing instructions:

• Machine wash cold — max 30°C / 86°F — inside out on gentle cycle
• Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or harsh chemical detergents
• Tumble dry low or hang dry — avoid high heat settings
• Do not iron directly on the printed graphic

Failure to follow these instructions voids the warranty.
