What is included?
Your active product and plan determine the exact gear, billing frequency and benefits. List only benefits that have been configured in Shopify, Charm and Flow before publishing.
When will I be charged?
Shopify charges the price and frequency displayed during checkout. Recurring plans renew automatically until paused or cancelled.
Can I pause or cancel?
Eligible subscriptions can be managed from your Shopify customer account. Changes apply according to the subscription terms shown at checkout.
How are member perks activated?
After a successful subscription purchase, Shopify Flow applies the active-member tag used by Charm and your store’s member discounts. When the contract is no longer active, Flow removes that tag.
Is Patriot Club the same as Rewards?
No. Patriot Club is a paid subscription membership. Liberty Load Rewards is the free points program. Active club members can participate in both when eligible.
Do monthly charges earn points?
Qualifying paid orders earn points according to the active Liberty Load Rewards rules. Refunded or cancelled transactions may have their points reversed.
